Join instructor Christina Murray Thursday evenings for stress relieving Vinyasa Yoga sessions.
These yoga classes will focus on breath connected to movement. Not only will these classes be adaptable to any skill level, but they are guaranteed to help you gain flexibility, strength and reduce stress. Join us at the Mill Hill Community Arts Center every Thursday night from 6:30-7:30pm starting August 23- December 20. Classes ordination based. No classes will be held on October 4, October 25, and November 22.
