Weekend Exhibit and sale of images by famed animator Ron Campbell

Gallery West will be hosting a fantastic pop up show featuring the Beatles (and others) animation art of Ron Campbell from Friday, February 18 to Sunday, February 20 (Presidents Day weekend). Ron was one of the animators on the Beatles film Yellow Submarine and Director of The Beatles 1960s TV cartoon series. Ron was also involved in over 50 years of cartoons throughout the golden age of Saturday morning TV including Scooby-Doo, The Smurfs, Rugrats, Flintstones, Jetsons, Winnie the Pooh, George of the Jungle, Yogi Bear and much more. (His PBS show the Big Blue Marble won his studio an Emmy and a Peabody). Ron passed away in January 2021 and this show features his hand signed artwork as well as estate stamped pieces. We will have an opening event on Friday February 18 from 4 to 8 PM with food and drinks. The show will continue on Saturday 2/19 from 12 to 5 and Sunday 2/20 from 12 to 4.
