Clay Studio Night

The 567 Center opens up its pottery studio for an evening to drop in and create any handbuilding project you choose. They’ll provide a lump of clay large enough to make a mug, bowl, or other similar project, as well as space and equipment to work. There will be an experienced clay artist there to help if you need it, but previous experience working with clay is recommended. $15 includes your clay, clear glaze, and firing ($10 for members of The 567). The pottery wheels will not be available for use except to pottery studio members. Those who made a project during a previous Clay Studio Night can come to this event to glaze their piece for an additional $5. 6-9 pm.

Registering in advance is encouraged but not required. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or other responsible adult. Register online at https://www.the567center.org/art-classes/
