We will be trying 5 recipes out that can be made ahead and frozen for the crockpot. These meals can be pulled out the night before, put in the crockpot that morning and will be ready at dinner time. Each person will get a copy of the recipes as well as get to sample the meals. Recipes, guidance, and tips from Rhonda Jackson and the chance to win a new CrockPot for your home.
