First Friday Art Opening: Evolution of an Artist

The January exhibit at The 567 will be “Evolution of an Artist,” featuring paintings by Kari Waltz. Kari is a versatile artist who works in oils, acrylics, watercolor, graphite, pastel, charcoal, and pyrography. Most of her work is focused on realism where she explores the play of light on a subject or capturing a special moment in time. She is drawn to God’s creation and often works from her own photographs taken from hikes in the woods with her husband.

Join us First Friday, January 4, 6-9 pm, to see the new exhibit, meet the artist, and enjoy light refreshments. Admission is free. The exhibit will be on display January 4-25.
