Join us for the 2022 First Street Art & Wine Festival on September 9 & 10. The festival will include art vendors, wine tastings, art activities for all ages, food pairings and more! With over 35 taps of wine at Just Tap’d, you’re sure to find the perfect wine for any taste. Grab a glass of wine and take a stroll down First Street to see all of the amazing sidewalk art vendors and wonderful galleries and shops. Live art demonstrations, souvenirs, and so much more! We hope you enjoy this fantastic weekend of delicious wine, beautiful art, and fun for the whole family.
Schedule:
Friday – Enjoy wine flights and wine and cheese pairings at Just Tap’d. Punch card holders will receive a discount on their tab. Matt Odom will give an artist talk at Macon Arts at 5:30 pm. There will be a Corks & Canvas class at the 567 starting at 7 pm.
Saturday – From 3-7 pm, the Artist Market will be open on the sidewalk and wine sampling tickets can be purchased at Just Tap’d. Enjoy live music at the Just Tap’d stage & watch live painting outside Pearl. A sommelier will be on-site at Pearl to answer any questions that you may have about the wine you are enjoying during your delicious meal. The Gallery at Macon Arts will be open featuring ‘Blue Collar South: Photographs of Industry by Matt Odom’ with 10% off everything in the Gallery. Free kids art activities will be available on the sidewalk 5-7 pm. The 567 Center will host alcohol ink wine glass classes at 4 pm & 5:30 pm. Sixth Ave will have an opportunity for customers to be able to paint their own custom shoes.
