40 talented artists from across Georgia will be painting in the beautiful historic heartland of Georgia. Featured Artists include 3 from Macon! Fresh paintings produced will be available for purchase at various places throughout the four day event.

The Exhibition Gallery will be open Friday November 1 through Sunday November 3 showcasing fresh paintings for sale. Georgia Color is not a single event but four days of free and ticketed events throughout the the four days for art enthusiasts of all ages, including daily artist demonstrations, Welcome Event, Collectors Preview and Awards Celebration

The Exhibition Gallery will be open Friday November 1 through Sunday November 3 showcasing fresh paintings for sale.

8:30 AM – Noon – Madison Morgan Cultural Center – Stop by, meet the Artists as they check-in, get their canvases stamped and will be painting in and round Madison

10:00 PM- 11:30: Live Painting Demonstration in Eatonton by Ed Cahill, Olmsted Plein Air Invitational Alumni Free and Open to the Public

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: The Steffen Thomas Museum of Art at 4200 Bethany Road, Buckhead, GA will be open every day 10 AM – 4 PM. Free and Open to the Public

4:00 – 7:00 PM: Welcome Reception | Oconee Brewing Company | Ticketed $30.00 (Included with Palette Pass)

  • Meet the 2019 Georgia Color Featured Artists at this fun and informal event at the Oconee Brewing Company in Greensboro, GA. See an exhibition of paintings Artists have brought with them to create a Library Gallery of original work by some of Georgia’s top contemporary Impressionist Painters. Learn who you want to follow the next few days as they create paintings of the Heartland. Painting on exhibition will be available for purchase.

Artists will paint in the Buckhead/Madison/Lake Oconee area all day.  (known locations will be announced closer to the event )
