Handbuilding 1: The Face Mug

Learn how to get started working with clay! This 3-week class will focus on slab technique and basic glazing methods. During the course, Heather McLaurin will show you how to sculpt a mug with a face on it of your choosing and paint it with colored glazes. Get ready to get your hands dirty! Ages 16 and up. This class is similar to the first part of our 8-week Introduction to Handbuilding class. The cost is $75 for non-members, $60 for members, and includes all materials.
