Holiday Reception and Open House

Historic Rose Hill will be decorated for the holidays and our Christmas party on Friday, December 4th and special guided tours the following day on Saturday, December 5th. Four Milledgeville garden clubs will decorate Rose Hill with fresh greenery from the Arboretum, and our tree will be decorated by members of our Education Program. The public is invited to come see our historic mansion dressed in her holiday finery from the gardens.

Our holiday party on Friday, December 4th will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm. Please join us for
hors d’oeuvres and wine in one of Georgia’s most beautiful historic homes that evening.

Our special Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 5th is an ideal time to learn about Rose Hill. We will offer docent-led tours from 10:00-2:00 that day. You may leave with new ideas on how you can use cuttings from your own yard to decorate for the holidays.

Tickets for the Christmas Party on December 4th are $25.00 per person. They may be purchased online by clicking the “Pay Now” button below. If you prefer to pay by check please stop by the Arboretum office or mail your check to Lockerly Arboretum, P O Box 310, Milledgeville, GA 31059. The deadline for purchasing tickets for the Holiday Reception is Monday, November 30th!
