Joey Stuckey Alive Day 2018

The 2nd Annual Joey Stuckey Alive Day 2018 is a celebration of the joy of life, music, and community. By mayoral proclamation, September 29th has been declared Joey Stuckey Alive Day in Macon/Bibb. As the Official Music Ambassador for Macon, Georgia, Joey Stuckey endeavors to highlight independent musical artists and has gathered together artists and bands across genres.

Alive Day celebrates the day that Joey’s life was saved when he survived the removal of a brain tumor at 2 years of age. The tumor took his sight, but not his vision. His vision for Alive Day 2018 is to bring members of the community together for a family-friendly, free event to enjoy different genres of music and to celebrate the joy of life and music.
