Juneteenth Week and Festival

Celebrate Georgia Juneteenth Week and the 20th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival. 

Macon’s Juneteenth Week kicks off Saturday, June 9, at 8:30 a.m., in Tattnall Square Park with the 10th Annual Salute to Freedom 5K Run Walk for Health and Peace. The week’s events include Historic Macon Black History Tours beginning at the Terminal Station.

The Juneteenth Festival takes place June 15-16 in Tattnall Square Park and features live music, poetry readings, games, food vendors and much more.
