Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF) is proud to present the Macon Trends iN Transplant (TNT) Conference in-person on Saturday, April 27, 2024. It’s a day for transplant patients to network with others while learning about health updates and wellness tools from leading transplant physicians and professionals.
The Macon TNT is free for dialysis patients, transplant candidates, recipients, living donors, and one guest.
