The Macon Writers Group meets the last Saturday of every month (except December) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m..

Founded in January 2009, we have always had a diverse membership of writers of all genres and levels. From time to time, we invite successful authors to come give workshops. For the rest of the meetings, we workshop each other’s writing. We are currently working on an anthology, which should be available by January 2019.
