COLUMBIA RECORDS band MATRIMONY will be making their long awaited return to Macon on Saturday, June 13th after nearly a two-year hiatus!
Since 2009, MATRIMONY has been routinely featured on TheBlueIndian.com. The group made their debut in Macon in January of 2011, returning back later in the year with Kopecky Family Band. Since then, they’ve been making their way around the country supporting the likes of The Gaslight Anthem and many more.
Their Columbia Records debut, ‘Montibello Drive’, will be released on June 11th – with the band touring in support of it throughout the summer. They’ll be making stops at Bonnaroo, Taste of Raleigh, and Fountain Square along the way – on top of a full club schedule.
HAVE GUN, WILL TRAVEL – based in Bradenton, Florida – have received accolade from NPR, Creative Loafing, CMJ Radio and many more since the release of the debut album in 2008. The bands folk influenced Americana has won over quite a large number of fans – including Rock Brother’s Brewing Company – who has a beer named after the band "Have Gun, Will Travel’s High Road Ale".
A N N E B O N N Y is the work of Atlanta residents Amy Godwin & Elizabeth Finlon. The group played their first show in Macon in March of 2013, opening for Little Tybee & Colorfeels – and have since gained attention from Georgia State’s Album 88 and beyond.
