"Melodies and Memories is an event benefiting "Chords of Kindness," a fund of the Jay’s HOPE Foundation. The fund was started in memory of Kody Lucas, a Perry teen who battled childhood cancer. Besides providing support to families in Middle Georgia, this fund will also start a music therapy program in Central Georgia for childhood cancer patients.
