The artist’s work references Black American culture and her experiences growing up in the American South

Stephanie J. Woods is a multimedia artist from Charlotte, NC, currently based in Albuquerque, NM, where she is an assistant professor of interdisciplinary art at the University of New Mexico. Her work fuses a relationship between photography and fiber. Free and open to the public. All members of our community and visitors to the campus must wear a mask in all public indoor spaces. 

 Masks are optional in outdoor spaces at Wesleyan College, however, we do recommend wearing a mask and social distancing.
