Two United States records are held by Ocmulgee National Monument!
1) The 1930s archaeological dig is the largest in Untied States history.
2) A partial structure they uncovered, the Earth Lodge, was rebuilt to showcase the 1,000 year old floor. It is the oldest reconstructed building in the United States!
