SPECIAL EVENT: In Honor of World AIDS Day, Macon Film Guild Presents

This is a special event to honor World AIDS Day.

Join us for a very special screening of “deepsouth” on Dec 2 at 7:00PM.

Deepsouth is a 2012 American documentary film about the neglected HIV/AIDS crisis in the rural American South. Beneath layers of history, poverty, and soaring HIV infections, three Americans redefine traditional Southern values to create their own solutions to survive.

Following the screening, there will be a discussion with Chinekwu Obidoa, PhD at Mercer University and DeMarcus Beckham, HIV/AIDS Activist.
