STAINED GLASS, now in its fourth year, is an integrated collaborative arts concert based on God's Trombones: Seven Negro Sermons in Verse (1927) by James Weldon Johnson (1871-1938, Lift Every Voice and Sing). The sermonic poems, chronicling man's existence from the Creation to Judgement Day, are interpreted through contemporary, liturgical, and W. Parking at The Grand is just steps from our front door and it’s free. Park in the lot directly adjacent to the theater, which is available to the public after business hours and on weekends.
