Storytellers Macon: Summer Camp!

Storytellers Macon is an organization that believes you have something to say. We’re using the summer break to flex our storytelling muscles in an intensive series that prioritizes serious (sort-of) storytelling practice. Bring back memories of telling stories of vulnerability and truth over the “campfire” and meet new friends, just like camp. This weekly series will take place in five two-hour sessions over the month of July that will bring together an ensemble of supportive storytellers to refine their art through a number of spontaneous prompts, writing exercises, and coaching on delivery.

If you’ve ever been to our monthly Storytellers Presents events at Grant’s Lounge or gone to a Storytellers 101 workshop and want to develop your unique voice, create vivid descriptions, and refine your style, this event is for you.

Cost:

$60 EARLY BIRD rate by June 15th

$75 after June 15th

The Summer Camp pricing is applied to the entire experience and cannot be broken up into a’ la carte
Attendance to all 5 classes are encouraged but not mandatory
