Tai Chi

Get centered through the ancient meditative martial art of Tai Chi. Master instructor Vanessa Johnson of Blue Moon 211 offers this FREE class each 2nd and 4th Saturday at 11am at Frank Johnson Recreation Center. Tai Chi is an excellent way of staying calm and focused through this slow moving form of Kung Fu. Participants must register.
