Loom is partnering with Shuman Farms – an industry-leading, family-led, year-round grower and shipper of sweet onions – in its first annual chef partnership program to show off the versatility of the Vidalia onion. Join us to enjoy our sweet Vidalia onion specials AND give back to your community.

Through “The Sweetest Ingredient: Vidalia Onions by Shuman Farms,” Shuman Farms will donate one meal to each chef’s local food bank for every meal featuring Vidalia onions that is served in our restaurant during the month of June.

The Red Wine Braised Short Rib with Caramelized Vidalia Onion Wild Mushroom Risotto, Collard Greens, Shaved Parmesan and Red Wine Reduction special will be available through the end of June.
