Yoga in the Park

Come on out and join us as we practice yoga in the most beautiful park in Macon. Bring a friend or family member. This is community yoga – for all of us. Our class is donations based. We pay our teachers by donations, so please bring a couple of dollars to show gratitude for their time and expertise.

All are welcome and the class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. A mat, water and a friend are all you need to bring. We have extra mats to share if you need one.
