Mark Ballard, artist and designer, writer and internet personality, is a native of Macon, Georgia. Through his appearances on television, the internet and in the Macon Telegraph, Mark is a recognized personality throughout Georgia and the southeast. He and his wife, Debra, co-own The Ballard Group which specializes in art, event planning and speaking/training events.
Mark worked as a pro-bono artist for Macon’s Cherry Blossom Festival for a number of years, creating award-winning designs for pins, prints, fine art and tee shirts. He has done work with a number of other non-profit organizations in town – Junior League, Nutcracker, Bibb County Schools, Humane Services and many more.
Mark uses his talent in art and design to create artwork that invokes fond memories and that is affordable to all. He uses his talent as a writer to tell stories that inspire and bring positive lessons to the reader. He uses his sense of humor to entertain crowds in person and on the internet.
