Daybreak Center for the Homeless

Daybreak is a day/resource center that provides Macon’s homeless population with critical services, all in one place. Located in a 6,000 square foot former warehouse on the edge of the central business district in Macon, Georgia, Daybreak Center provides hygiene, health, education, and job preparation for the homeless population in the area. The Daybreak Center is supported by 10 local church communities of different denominations which converge on the common goal of supporting their community. Working together, people who are facing homelessness can move towards housing stability and lives of greater dignity.
