• What if a class is cancelled?
If we need to cancel a class due to weather or lack of reserbations, we will notfiy you by phone within 24 hours of the class. 
• What if I need to cancel my reservation? 
If you have to cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours notification to receive a full refund or to receive store credit. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the class, no refund nor exchanges will be made. 
• Do I get a discount? 
Absolutely! You can either take 10% off of almost everything in the store (the day of the class,) plus future classes OR you can apply your purchase points to your account. See an associate for details on our rewards program. 
• Do I need to prepay for my spot in class? 
Yes! We require a full payment for each place in class. We do not reserve places for classes. Marking that you are attending via Facebook DOES NOT reserve a place in the class.
