Paint “en plein air” – that’s French for Outdoors and on location!  Scenes and landscapes from Perry downtown to pastoral rural Georgia – come join local friends & invited master artists – and create your own portrayal of our incomparable southern spirit!

The Perry Plein Air Invitational Paint Out event  is a fundraiser for the local art community in Middle Georgia and will start at 9am on Thursday, September 7 and run through Saturday, September 9th at 5pm.  Registered Plein Air participants must get their blank canvasses stamped at JMA Architecture prior to beginning painting. JMA Architecture is located at 1002 Main Street in Perry and will begin stamping registered artist canvasses on Thursday, Sept 7th at 9am

Artists  can submit their work for judging and also display their art for sale during the Art Sale on Sat., Sept. 9th. Art to be considered for awards or sale must be framed and submitted by 2pm at JMA Architecture located at 1002 Main Street, in Perry, GA.

Participating artists who place their art for sale during the Art Sale will receive 80% of the price of their artwork minus sales tax.
