Conscience Eating

Free Lecture & Food Tasting

In this lecture Sofia Rameriz will discuss the definition of ‘conscience eating,’ its benefits and how it affects our daily lives, our mental awareness of food, slow eating, healthy eating, and the importance of a balanced diet. After the lecture, she will demonstrate short and easy recipes for hummus and guacamole which everyone will get to try.

DIY Naturally is a series of four workshops: Health, Beauty, Cleaning, and Rejuvenation. Each session will include hands-on demonstrations, personalized instruction, and sample testing. Everyone will leave with recipes and products that are made during class. Sessions will be lead by herbal enthusiasts Sofia Ramirez and Jeni Hansen Gard.

The first event is for “DIY Naturally: Health” is scheduled for  Monday, July 9th from 6-8pm.
