Ocmulgee National Monument will be having their annual Cherry Blossom Lantern Light Tours. March 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, & 25. Guided Ranger Tours 7:30p.m., 8:00p.m., 8:30p.m., & 9:00p.m. Self Guided Tours 7:30p.m.-10:00p.m. Gates open at 7:30p.m. and close at 9:30p.m.
See Ocmulgee at night and learn the history and culture of the Macon Plateau. Tours start at the visitor center goes to the Great Temple Mound which was built by the Mississippians 1000 years ago. Park is open from 9:00am-5:00pm daily.
Cost $5.00 for ages 13 & up. Ages 12 & under free.
