This summer, Historic Macon Foundation is offering a fun-filled week of exploring and learning about Macon’s fascinating history. Campers will be transported back in time by traveling to Macon’s most important historic sites. Each site will offer hands-on activities to demonstrate life in days gone by. Activities will include everything from old-timey games to scrapbooking, calligraphy, and quilting! Our travels to the past will include trips to the Ocmulgee Indian Mounds, Fort Hawkins, the Hay House, the Cannonball House, and more.
