Established in 2007 by Dr. Charles L. Quinn, the Ocmulgee Symphony Orchestra is a professional group that strives to provide high-quality classical music to residents of the Central Georgia area. The 50+ musicians that make up the orchestra’s core come from a total of 17 nations and 4 continents with one common goal: to enrich the area’s cultural life and bring the great tradition of classical music Georgians that would otherwise have no access. The orchestra is supported by a non-profit volunteer platform called FOTO (Friends of the Orchestra).
