Actors in costume at graveside put a human face on history! The spirits will be telling about Incredible Firsts in celebration of the 125th anniversary of the founding of Riverside Cemetery. (Can you say quasquicentennial three times real fast? Didn’t think so.:)
Groups of 12-15 visitors tour the cemetery with a guide to meet spirits. Tour ends at the Macon Public Mausoleum for a reception and exhibits. Bring your sense of adventure, printed tickets, a flashlight (if coming to a later tour time) and wear comfortable shoes.
A limited amount of vehicular assistance is available by pre-arrangement. Advance tickets required. A processing fee will be charged at the time of purchase.
