Bragg Jam Music Festival

Presented by Bragg Jam at Downtown Macon

Bragg Jam’s signature Concert Crawl cranks up at 5 p.m. This year, there are 46 bands on 12 different stages, from the Mellow Mushroom off Bass Road to the Cox Capitol Theatre in the heart of downtown, with free trolley service throughout the night.

Among the new stages this year is the all-ages, non-smoking “Local Celebrity Stage” at the Historic Terminal Station. This stage will feature performances by well-known local bands, including the Bragg Jam tradition of Rabbi Larry Schlesinger & Friends and The Grapevine’s Bragg Jam debut. Food and beverage will be available at this stage throughout the night by the Tic Toc Room.

Additional venues this year include the Cox Capitol Theatre, the 567 Center for Renewal (two stages), the Rookery, Bottoms Up, Fowl Play, Roasted Café & Lounge, the Hummingbird Stage & Taproom, Asylum, the Shamrock and Mellow Mushroom.

Among the 46 bands confirmed for this year’s Bragg Jam include Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, Dead Confederate, the Randall Bramblett Band, Col. Bruce Hampton, Noot d’Noot, Lydia Loveless, Bukue One (the graffiti artist from Arts @ the Park), American Aquarium, Broken Bootsraps, Shonna Tucker’s Eye Candy, Bloodkin, Woolfolk and DJ Muggs of Cypress Hill.
