Our 1st Annual Gospel Explosion’s goal is to uplift the name of Jesus and praise Him through song. There is $50 entry fee for all praise groups! Pastor Forrest Dickey of Greater Jordan Chapel AME Church and Leah Johnson News Anchor of WMAZ Eyewitness News will be hosting the event. There will be 4 judges who will provide the choir with the best crowd participation and vocal harmony with a $500 scholarship to present to a deserving student who will be attending college in the Fall 2012 from their respective congregation! The price of admission is $5 and free for children 10 and under.
