Token Rhyme– A Cherry Street, Piedmont Brewery and New Realm Colaboration. West Coast IPA. Heavily Hopped, and a blend of Cascade , Centennial, and Chinook. Expect flavors of sap and pine with notes of citrus, lemon peel and grapefruit zest.

Ninja Kick IPA– 8% Aromas of Citrus and Spice. And the scitrus helps enhance the Ammarillo Hops.

Passion Punch– Berliner Weisse/Sour.  Exploding with tropical fruit, Guava, Pineapple, Passion Fruit, Mango and Blood Orange.

Cranberry Nut Berliner– Nothing reminds us more of the holiday season than cranberries. Infused Oregon Cranberries in secondary fermentation. We then kettle sour with lactobacillus, a probiotic similar to what is in yogurt, which causes a pH drop to around 3.4. The tartness of the cranberries and kettle sour are balanced with the addition of English crystal malts to create a ruby red brew

And a brand New Gingerbread Stout just being tapped this week! This is a milk stout with plenty of fresh ginger root, dry ginger root, Vietnamese cinnamon, and clove added to the boil, as well as honey, molasses, and lactose to boost the alcohol and add to the richness.
