Gov’t Mule Meet & Greet

Gov’t Mule Meet & Greet

Presented by The Allman Brothers Band Museum at the Big House at The Allman Brothers Band Museum at the Big House

Warren Haynes and Matt Abts, the founding members of Gov’t Mule, will be coming to the Big House Museum to sign copies of their new 6-CD Georgia 1996 Box Set. After signing box sets, a 3-song acoustic set will be performed.

Gov’t Mule is a Southern rock jam band formed in 1994 as an Allman Brothers Band side project of Warren Haynes and Allen Woody. The band released their debut album, Gov’t Mule in 1995. Gov’t Mule has become a staple act at music festivals across North America. Gov’t Mule’s first ever rehearsals took place at the Big House in May of 1994, so this is very hallowed ground for them, even beyond the Allman Brothers Band connection.
