Franklin Delgados work will be on display at the Mill Hill Community Arts Center from February, 16-March 9, 2019. On the closing day of the exhibition, March 9, the artist is teaching a drawing class from 2-4pm. The course fee is $20. Registration is required and can be done at mhcac@maconarts.org.
