This class meets twice, meeting on April 20th and May 4th 1:00pm- 2:30pm

April 20th: Slab building the cylinder form for planter/tumbler.
The instructor will show you how to make a clay slab, and turn the slab into a planter/tumbler shape.

May 4th: Use silkscreen to transfer images on to your work and also apply a clear glaze on the surface. (The studio will provide several silkscreen images that you can use for decorating your work.)
You will learn how to transfer images onto your planter/tumbler by using the screen print technique.

The finished work takes about 14 days for the firing process, at which time we will send you an email when your work is ready for pickup
