Join the Mill Hill Bakers Collective in a friendly competition bringing together Macon’s professional and hobby bakers for the first ever Central City Bake Off! The public is encouraged to attend and taste samples!
Join the newly established Mill Hill Bakers Collective in a friendly competition bringing together both professional and hobby bakers for the first annual Central City Bake Off!
There are two ways to participate:
BAKERS
– Email mhbakerscollective@gmail.com with your name and/or business’s name.
– Prepare 30-40 servings of *any* type of baked good, pastry, or baked dessert. 4 servings will be used for judging.
– Bring your baked treats, with a written recipe, to the Mill Hill Community Arts Center by 5:45pm April 24th. Table with linens will be provided, but feel free to embellish your space!
– Winner will receive a feature in Macon Magazine, a handmade cake stand trophy, and a KitchenAid mixer!
ATTENDEES:
Join us at the Mill Hill Community Arts Center on April 24th at 6pm! $5 entry fee gets you 5 tastings from the bakers with more available for purchase. Light refreshments also provided.
All proceeds benefit the Mill Hill Bakers Collective.
