Macon Bike Party: Trail-o-bration Ride

Join us Thursday, May 23rd for Macon Bike Party’s Trail-o-bration Ride! The new Walnut Creek Connector Trail is officially open, and we invite you to be part of Bike Walk Macon’s group ride to explore and celebrate the newest section of the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail that connects the Otis Redding Bridge to the River Trail in the Ocmulgee National Monument.

//THE DETAILS//

Macon Bike Party is a FREE, slow-paced community bicycle ride for people of all ages and skills levels. Come enjoy our great city and its neighborhoods from a unique perspective.

Registration begins at the Mill Hill Community Arts Center at 213 Clinton Street. We will celebrate the official grand opening of the trail at 6:30 pm. The ride will begin at 6:45 pm and end back at the Mill Hill Community Arts Center by 8:00 pm.

Remember to bring a helmet. We’ll have FREE Bike Walk Macon lights, snacks, and drinks. A map of the complete route will be available on this page 24 hours before the ride. Riders are welcome to join or depart the group at any point.
