Have you ever wanted to dip your toes into small metal jewelry making?
Learn a design driven approach to etching metal. Gain knowledge on using multiple masking techniques: oil based marker, vinyl, P-n-P, and photosensitive paper as resists on metal.
We will be using ferric chloride to initiate the chemical process that etches the metal. Instructor Sara Henton will provide designs for you to use but you also might want to have some ideas in mind if you want to draw something simple.
