The Delta Pi Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. in partnership with the Historic Douglass Theatre will host a free public screening of the 2018 Documentary “Say Her Name: The Life and Death of Sandra Bland”, Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the Douglass Theatre at 6:30 P.M.  The movie will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Dr. Julia Mitcham-Daniely, Director of SOAR Academy; Rev. Tony Lowden, Pastor of Maranatha Baptist Church, Plains, GA and Colonel Henderson Carswell of the Macon Bibb Sheriff’s Office which will be moderated by Shelby Coates, news anchor 41NBC.
