Auditions for the 2019 – 2020 academic year will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 on August 8 & 9 and 10 – 1:00 on August 10. Auditions are first come, first heard.

Auditions will be held in the McCorkle Music Building of the Townsend School of Music (1329 Adams Street) on the Mercer University Macon campus.

Each auditioning singer will be asked to sing scales and a simple song (for example, “Happy Birthday,” “Amazing Grace,” “America, the Beautiful,” etc). The directors will vocalize the singer and ask the singer to solve some musical puzzles. Children 8 – 18, children younger than 8 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
