Join us for Walk-About-Wednesday to explore the streets of Macon in a healthy way! This one-hour fun, medium pace fitness walk meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month (April to July and September to December 2019) at 5:45 PM. Meet at the Bike Walk Macon office at 338 Poplar Street. Participants should be able to walk 3 miles non-stop. Wear appropriate fitness gear and bring water. We hope to see you there!
