Presented by The 567 Center for Renewal and Macon Arts Gallery at Downtown Macon

Check out all the great art galleries open late with special events on October’s First Friday in downtown Macon!

Travis Jean Emporium (522 Cherry Street), 5-11 pm
Join us for “A Night For Equality” at Travis Jean Emporium featuring art by various local artists. Music by Chance Moorman from 6-8 PM. Book Signing for Joy Stanley’s new book, “Whimstorical” from 5-8 PM. Macon Pride presents “Drag on Cherry” at 8:30 PM. A portion of sales to benefit Georgia Equality.

Macon Arts Alliance (486 1st Street), 5-8 pm
Conflct: paintings by Daniel Montoute. The First Friday Reception will include light refreshments.

The 567 Center for Renewal (456 1st Street), 6-9 pm
The October exhibit at The 567 will be the Miller & Lanier Class of 1969 Exhibition, featuring a range of artwork from artists who graduated from Macon high schools Miller & Lanier. Meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments.
