On Friday, January 10, 2020 the Tubman Museum will host a reception to celebrate a new exhibition titled Looking Forward, Looking Back: Photographs by Matthew Odom.  The event will be in the BB&T Gallery on the second floor of the Museum, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.  The even is FREE for Tubman Museum members, and $5.00 for General Admission.

Matthew Odom is a versatile and much sought after artist.  He has exhibited his photographs locally at the Macon Arts Gallery and the 567 Center for renewal.  He received the Readers Choice Award for Best Local Photographer from the 11th Hour Magazine in 2015 and 2016.  This exhibition features a selection of images completed over the last five years.  This is Matthew’s first museum exhibition.
