Learn how to get started weaving with a loom in this 4-week class. The class will start by constructing small personal frame looms that they will use to weave on and can keep.  They will learn basic weaving techniques, forming geometric shapes, and using a simple pattern. By the end of the class, they will complete a couple of small projects and one larger final project to take home. This class will be taught by Sarah Cooper. Ages 16 and up. For the health and safety of our customers and artists, our classes will be held under the following guidelines:

* Small class sizes: there will be no more than 8 people in a class
* Social distancing: participants will sit 6 feet apart, unless they are family or live together, etc.
* Masks: students must wear masks at all times.
* Sanitation: hand sanitizer will be provided. Tools, tables, and other frequently-touched surfaces will be sanitized between classes.
* Health: participants are asked not to attend if they have a fever or other symptoms of COVID-19, or if they believe they have been exposed to COVID-19
