Auditions are open to Intermediate and advanced Dancers ages 12-18 who currently take at least three dance classes per week (including ballet and pointe). Location: Dance Arts Studio, 3051 Vineville Avenue, Macon, GA 31204
Girls should have at least two years training in pointe and bring ballet and pointe shoes to the audition.
An informational meeting for parents and students will be held at the conclusion of the audition at 6:00 pm. MGYB classes are held on Fridays from 4-6 pm August through March or April, depending on the school calendar. In addition, rehearsals may be held on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
Middle GA Youth Ballet is a 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to fostering an appreciation for dance in the Middle GA community. There are no dues or fees for memebership, however participation in parent/member fundraising in required.
