Class of 2021 Induction Weekend featuring the Burgess Pigment Golf Tournament, FanFest Autograph Session sponsored by Stifel, and the GSHF 65th Annual Induction Ceremony
The 65th Annual Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held at Macon’s historic City Auditorium on May 22, 2021. Members of the Class of 2021 being inducted into the Hall of Fame are: sports journalist, author, and broadcaster Tony Barnhart, baseball player Tom Glavine, football player Joe Hamilton, basketball player Janet Harris, baseball/football player Brian Jordan, high school football coach Ray Lamb, basketball player Maya Moore, and football player Matt Stinchcomb. The Induction Ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 22nd at the Historic Macon City Auditorium with a cocktail reception at 5:30 pm and the dinner and ceremony/banquet at 6:30 pm in the main room. Induction weekend will begin with our annual Burgess Pigment Golf Classic on Friday, May 21st at the Brickyard Golf Club in Macon, and the GSHF’s annual FanFest will be held Saturday afternoon the 22nd from 1 pm-2:30 pm at the Hall of Fame. FanFest on Saturday May 22 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm is a Free Event at the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame.
The 65th Annual Induction Ceremony on Saturday May 22nd at 5:30 pm is a ticketed event. Tickets are $150 per person or $1100 for a table of 8.
The Burgess Pigment Golf Tournament is held on Friday May 21st at the Brickyard. Individuals can play for $150 and teams of 4 can play for $600. All participants receive a ticket to the Private VIP cocktail reception and Class of 2021 Jacket Ceremony on Friday evening.
