Join us as James shares tales of his life, family, design roots and career. James, whose design work can be found from Perry to Texas and Sea Island to Connecticut, is the author of nine books, with his 10th releasing in August 2022. Whether designing homes or sharing his gardening expertise, his natural grace and warm personality lights up any room.

Saturday and Sunday are filled with tours of some of Macon’s most awe-inspiring gardens in the College Hill neighborhood. You’ll also enjoy three lectures from gardening experts, including historian James Barfield, container gardening expert Laura Tuck, and Matthew Israel, camellia expert and executive director of Massee Lane Gardens.
